Gather and identify requirements from local plants, especially from the production teams. · User support and Administration: - Setting up user accounts and authorizations. - Support with password resets and solving access problems. · Hardware- and Softwaremaintenance: - Installation, configuration and updating of operating systems and application software. - Maintenance of desktops, laptops, servers and other IT equipment. · Networkadministration: - Configuration and maintenance of network devices such as switches and routers following guidelines and plans - Support in troubleshooting network connections and problems. · Backup and Recovery: - Scheduling and performing regular data backups. - Ensuring the availability of backup and recovery solutions. · Troubleshooting and fault Resolution: - Identifying and resolving IT issues reported by users. - Working with other IT teams to resolve more complex technical challenges. · Documentation: - Updating system documentation, including configuration details, instructions and processes. · Patch- and Updatemanagement: - Planning and implementing operating system and application updates. · Monitoring and Reporting: - Monitoring and reporting On system performance. - Identification of potential bottlenecks or problems in the system. · Collaboration and Communication: - Work closely with other IT staff and teams. - Communicate with users and departments regarding technical issues and solutions. |
